Happy Birthday Little Buddy

Today was Hudson's birthday and all my family got together to celebrate. It was awesome because we got to celebrate mothers day to. Man when he gets married he is going to hate sharing his birthday with his wife. Well maybe it will be great because he also gets a gift on mothers day. Anyways I just wanted to tell everyone thanks for the gifts and thanks for coming. We all are so lucky to have such a close family. The party was great. These are just a couple pictures of HUD opening his presents and eating his cake. He did much better this time with the cake. I also wanted to tell Hudson how much we love and adore him. I could not imagine my life without his special spirit. He was sent to us for a reason. My kids are my pride and joy and I thank my heavenly father for them every night. My husband ain't that bad either. I hope you had a great day. Cant wait for the years to come and watching you grow up. Love you so much.

Hudsons Birthday

I am so lucky to have a sister in law who is an amazing photographer. She did such a great job taking these pictures and Hudson had fun to. At most places the kids hate getting their pictures taken but at my sisters house Hudson had a blast. She has done pictures for my friends to and they all say how much fun it was. Thank you so much Alicia for doing these pictures for us. We love you to death and appreciate everything you guys do for us. These are some of my favorite pictures. The funny thing was Hudson was so afraid of the giant cupcake and cried the whole time yet Alicia managed to get some cute pictures. I don't know how all I know is that she rocks. He must get the afraid of cake thing from Trent because I have never met a cake I wasn't best friends with. Me and cake know each other well and are in love. Sorry Trent I have always been this way. I just hope it does not catch up with me. Oh well if it does I will always love it.

Catching Up

For the last couple weeks we have not really done much. We are finishing our basement for my sister Emily to move into. That has taken up most of our free time. The last week I went to St. George with my sisters. We had so much fun other than the fact I got everyone sick and forgot my camera. I felt like such a jerk for getting everyone sick. I had to steel these pictures from my sister in law Alicia because I had no camera. Sorry girl. We had so much fun swimming at the pool. My awesome sisters took my girls hiking and put together an Easter egg hunt. Brave girls to take Preslie hiking. She is a crazy one. Thanks for a great trip ladies my kids had such a blast. Oh and here are a few pictures of the kids in their Easter stuff right before church. They had just showered so their hear is wet. They looked cuter after I did their hair but of course I forgot to take another picture. I am such a bad mom but at least I got one picture of them together right.

What A Perfect Size Bag

Wouldn't this bad be the perfect size for carry on. It is big enough to fit a small child in but small enough to carry on your back. The other night we got bored and the kids were carrying this bag around with all their toys in it. The back pack is so big the thing drags on the floor when it is full and the kids backs look like they are going to brake. It is so funny to watch. So the other night we all got bored and wanted to see if it was big enough to fit the kids in. These are just a few of the pictures of us trying. Drake was not loving it. It is written all over his face. Hudson didn't mind it at all. He fit right in like a glove. I think if we ever went on a trip where we had to go on a plane I would use this for Hudson. That would be okay right? Plus it is really pretty and the girls would fight to carry it so I wouldn't really have to do much at all. Sounds like my kind of trip! Oh and the last picture is of Pres trying so hard to fit in the bag. She really wanted it to zip up and it so was not happening. Sorry Pres.

What Is It With The Boys In This Family

What is wrong with all the men in this family? I sware every time I turn around they have something in their mouth. Whether it is Trent with the TV remote in his mouth or Hudson with anything in his mouth I can't stand it. Seriously in the last few years we have gone through three TV remotes because Trent puts them in his mouth while he watches TV and chews on them. It looks like he is literally eating it. He says he isn't but is really looks like he is. And Hudson finds the littlest toys we have but not small enough to swallow, puts them in his mouth and crawls around drewling because he cant shut his mouth or swallow. He is such a dork but he is just like his daddy. Is he cute or what? These are just some examples of what I am talking about. I had a couple of pictures of the TV remote but I thought it might embarrass Trent so I will keep those for later. Got to love that Trent.

Fun in the snow!

I am such a jerk! This is the first year that my kids have ever played out in the snow. I know how could that be you say? I just don't really like the snow myself so I never thought they would ether. I was so wrong. They loved it. And then I got to thinking I to loved it as a kid. So from now on I will get them snow clothes and let them go outside more often. Sad enough I have never bought them clothes so good thing aunt Alicia and aunt Kristi have given me things over the years that they could use. Thanks girls you guys rock. These are just a few funny pictures of them playing and having fun together. I have never seen them be so nice to each other.:) Hudson and I watched from the window and Daddy plowed the driveway!
